When cassava is used as raw material to ferment ethanol, its abundance of cellulose and xylan will cause difficult liquefaction and saccharification, thick and sticky fermentation liquid as well as low utilization efficiency of raw material.  These special compound enzymes of cassava-ethanol-fermentation are chosen from superior fungi strains, experiencing deep liquid fermentation and extraction and application in professionally experimental preparation and specializing in the production of cassava-ethanol-fermentation.
